i found the location ideal with easy access to the subway. the room's cleanliness impressed me! i appreciated the helpful staff who addressed concerns promptly. the innovative architecture added a unique touch.
i noticed the absence of body soap in the room, so i had to use shampoo as a substitute. also, i was unaware of the resort fee charged at check-in. i think this could be better communicated.

I enjoyed the thoughtful layout in the compact room. Everything worked perfectly. the staff was super friendly and helpful. i found convenient parking nearby, a definite plus.
i wished for better recycling options . i think it's important for hotels to prioritize eco-friendly practices.

the hotel has complimentary coffee each morning, available near the lobby until 11 am! a water filling station offered cold, filtered water for refilling personal bottles, it's really convenient.

the queen pod included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, that was very practical. housekeeping services changed towels daily, also they made the bed and replaced the linens each day.

the location was really good! i found it easy to get around. the room had a smart design, made good use of the limited space. the check-in process was smooth too.
the room was small. i didn't like the setup with the toilet in the shower, it was a bit inconvenient. there was also not enough toilet paper in the room when i arrived.
